AmplifyPACS Image Upload Troubleshooter

JavaScript is disabled, so use this simplified troubleshooting guide.

Step 1: Check the internet connection

On the acquisition computer, open AmplifyPACS.com.
If AmplifyPACS.com does not load, open Google.com.
- If Google.com also does not load, contact your IT person or internet provider.
- If Google.com loads, text AmplifyPACS Support at 323-632-8508. Include your facility name and state that you have internet access but cannot access the AmplifyPACS website.

Step 2: Restart the acquisition computer

Click the Windows Start button.
Select Power, then select Restart.
Wait for Windows to finish restarting.

Step 3: Check the uploader

Look near the Windows clock and under the hidden-icons arrow for the green uploader icon.
If the icon is missing, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, or right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager. Open Startup apps or Startup and find Uploader MFC Application.
- If it is missing, text AmplifyPACS Support.
- If it is disabled, right-click it, select Enable, and restart Windows.
- If it is enabled but the icon remains missing, text AmplifyPACS Support.
If the icon is present, double-click it.
- If DICOM Receiving is offline, click Start.
- If images are uploading, click Send to tray.
- If it is online but no images have uploaded, continue to Step 4.

Step 4: Follow the device instructions

The video may instruct you to reboot. You may skip that reboot if you already restarted the computer during these steps. If you are unsure, restart it again. After completing the video instructions, wait about 10 minutes for the images to transfer.

If the problem remains, your system is not listed, or you do not know which system you use, text AmplifyPACS Support at 323-632-8508.
